Under the direct supervision and authority of the Vice-Chancellor, the Registrar will oversee the overall management of the University and will have the authority to establish and specify the roles and responsibilities of the officers and staff. In order to keep track of class enrolment, schedules, and other data required by the organization, the Office of the Registrar is responsible for managing students' academic records. Arranging student records, coordinating with other departments to guarantee records are correct, and obtaining academic records upon request are among the duties of the Registrar Office. The office's ultimate goal will be to maintain students& academic records while working with a small team to supply information to other departments and students as needed.

The Registrar Office consist of following sections;

1) General Administrative Section

3) Transport Section

4) Security Office

5) Public Relations Office
